Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — your email and name, or what your Google account shares when you sign in with Google.
• Your content — the videos and images you upload, the prompts you write and the videos you generate.
• Consent records — the time you confirmed, before each generation, that you have the rights to your uploads, that any real people in your source video agreed to appear, and that reference images are not photos of real people.
• Purchase data — what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and basic usage logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run your generations, show you your creations, process payments, prevent abuse and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not use your uploads to train AI models.

Who processes it

We share your data only with service providers that help us run Katana AI Video Remaker, and only as much as each one needs:

• Infrastructure providers host the site, database and file storage.
• AI and media processing providers process your uploads, prompts and reference images to prepare and generate videos.
• Content safety providers check prompts for prohibited content before generation.
• Our payment provider processes purchases as our merchant of record, and receives your email and purchase details.
• Our email provider sends account emails.

Retention

Uploaded source files are kept only as long as needed to run your jobs and are then deleted. Generated videos stay in My Creations until you delete your account. Download anything you want to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time through the support page in your account settings.
